We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used equipment cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Are your snowboards and skis pre-waxed?
Most of our equipment comes with a factory wax that is suitable for initial use. However, for optimal performance in specific snow conditions, we recommend a professional hot wax before your first run.
